How do I lose weight, when 5 of my meds and insulin make me fat?

I eat alot of fruit and veggies.  I try to stay away from starches.  I exercised 5 days a week on cardio and weights for a year and lost ZERO!!!  This is really depressing. [more]

I have found a lump on my right side of the back, beside the spine, what could this be?

My 17 year old daughter faints after ingesting products with high sugar content, what could be the cause?
