Is there any scientific evidence that sugar causes kids to be hyperactive?

What nutritional changes should I implement?

I have fibromyalgia and I have drastically reduced my sugar, caffeine, red meat.  I drink ensure shakes to help with nauseu right now from medications.  I eat alot of salads and vegetables.  I just dont know what i can add to help with my condition thank you. [more]
