How do I get rid of belly fat

I am 46 years old, 114 lbs and excersise 5 days a week (Cardio & weights)  I have alot of lower belly fat that I just cant seem to get rid of.   I eat about 5 healthy meals/snacks a day and drink plenty of water.   Help! [more]

On the pill and haven't had a period in 4 months what is wrong with me?

rectal bleeding, lower abdominal pain, weight loss...

my son has been dealing with debilitating abdominal pain, off and on rectal bleeding (filling the toilet with blood) at time also throwing up blood,  for 5 years and now only weighs in at 130 lbs. thought if he smokes pot he can eat like a horse...otherwise he throws up… [more]
