Are small sores inside the nasal cavity cause for concern?

I occasionally get annoying pimples inside my nose, and they usually clear up within a couple of days. However, I have what feels like two just at the base of the inside of my nose on one side that haven't healed up, and it has been at least two months. I have researched a little online, and I have a chance that it may be something serious, like paranasal sinus and nasal cavity cancer. I don't know really what the symptoms of these conditions are, and I don't know if I should see an ear/nose/throat doctor or a dermatologist, or maybe even a different specialist. Help!
