I have had a dull achey chest pain, somewhat constant, for the last two days. Now and then it radiates to one side or the other, but other than that I have actually not felt too bad today. I have anxiety and panic disorder. It kind of feels like the same chest pains I've had before, but only once in a while it can be kind of sharp on one side or the other. It kind of feels like it could be in the muscles on either side. My neck's been tight and achey for a while and I get a mild to moderate stinging or burning sensation in,well, it feels like behind my eyes or my eyes themselves and in the back of my neck, back, and the back of my head. I was wondering if the chest pain could be angina. I am a 30 year old male. Been really having a rough time lately with other health issues. Docs so far kinda think I may have Fibromyalgia, or some kind of immune disfunction. Though all the testing so far for the later have been negative, Thank you God! I go back to see my rheumotologist this wed. the 8th of Oct. . I plan to discuss all the crazy stuff with him. Although it's not necessarily his area of expertise.

Anytime that you have unexplained chest pain, you need to to talk to your doctor right away or go to the emergency room. If it is a heart-related, they can provide treatment that can make a big difference.
Chest Pain
I had chest pain that was diagnosed by my family doctor as anxiety attacks and two years ago after haviing these chest pains for about 3 years I had a heart attack. The cardiologist told me it was probably agina all along. Stress is one of the risk factors for heart attacks. My cholesteral levels were fine but I smoke and have anxiety and stress as well as being ocd. Do yourself a favor and get that chest pain checked out. You may avoid a heart attack if it is angina
