I awoke yesterday with a sore swollen clitoris area. It has not gotten better. I have not recently had sex, masterbated, or changed soap or laundry detergent. Is this a common occurance? maybe a yeast infection?

It is possible that a swollen clitoris may indicate an infection of the area. I would see your gynecologist if it persists.
