You may want to check the label of the chemicals that are being used so you can specifically find out potential side effects. The plugged ear could be from being underwater, or from eustachian tube dysfunction but doesn't sound like a typical allergy.
The dark urine is very concerning as that can be caused by dehydration, blood ,muscle protein (myoglobin), or infection in the urine, or other kidney abnormalities. If the dark urine persists, you should bring a specimen to your doctor for testing. It may have nothing to do with the pool chemicals but may be a condition called glomerulonephritis which can follow some infections, including strep.
Dark urine doesn't sound like a typical allergy but could be more of a toxic response to a chemical . It's important that pool chemicals and hot tub chemicals be used properly, tested regularly, and used in proper amounts and stored safely. If this is happening after visiting one particular pool or hot tub, you may want to find out more about it's maintenance.
Again, ear symptoms could be "swimmers ear" or even a response to a pollen allergy or an infection which if it is troubling you can be treated by your doctor after a proper diagnosis with an antihistamine, drops, or antibiotics. The dark urine is a symptoms which should be followed up on as it could be a manifestation of a kidney or urinary tract problem that needs some attention.
